The practice OS for business coaches

Your whole practice in one system —
starting in the room.

The practice OS for business coaches. Prep the session, run the room, and let the priorities, issues and to-dos you capture flow straight into the client record, the follow-up and the pipeline — with contracts, referral partners and workshops in the same system.

The stack

You spend the day in the room. Then you spend the week retyping it.

A coaching practice is a full day with a leadership team, then chasing what was committed, then selling the next engagement. Almost nobody runs that on one system. Six tools, and the work of holding them together is unpaid.

A CRM that was never a CRM

A generic project tool with a “Clients” database bolted on. It knows nothing about sessions, contracts or renewal dates, so you keep those somewhere else — which means you keep them twice.

Today: a project tool bent into a client list

The room lives in a different app

The most valuable six hours of the quarter happen in a notes app that has never heard of the client record. Everything said in that room has to be carried across by hand.

Today: a notes app, or a legal pad

The recap tax

Two hours after every session, rebuilding what was decided, who owns it and when it is due — from notes taken while you were also facilitating.

Today: Sunday night

A workshop page that will not take money

The public workshop sits on a marketing site with a paragraph and a mailto link. Someone ready to spend $1,200 at 9pm on a Tuesday has to email you and wait.

Today: Squarespace or Kajabi + “email me to register”

Contracts in a folder

Proposals, signed agreements and renewal dates spread across a drive and an inbox. The renewal that quietly lapsed did not lapse because the work was bad.

Today: Google Drive + your memory

Referral partners in your head

The accountant, the banker and the fractional CFO who send you work are tracked in a conversation you had with yourself in the car.

Today: a spreadsheet last touched in March

None of those tools is bad on its own. The expensive part is the seams — and every seam is a re-typing job you do instead of coaching.

One day, end to end

The room is where the value is created. Everything downstream should already know what happened in it.

What it is

Three legs. One system underneath them.

The practice you run, the sessions you deliver, and the workshops you sell seats to — sharing the same clients, the same contacts and the same pipeline.

Practice

Run the practice, not a project board

Clients, the people inside them, contracts, referral partners and a pipeline shaped like the way coaching work is actually sold.

  • Clients and every contact who has ever sat in the room
  • Contracts and renewal dates you can see coming
  • Referral partners, with the revenue traced back to them
  • A pipeline from first conversation to signed engagement
  • Dashboards for the practice: sessions, renewals, revenue
Sessions

Walk in ready, walk out finished

The in-room product. Prep, a live workspace for the day, and a follow-up that is written before you leave the building.

  • Prep pack: last quarter’s commitments, open issues, what is still owed
  • A live room workspace with agenda blocks and timing
  • Fast capture during the day, tagged as you go
  • AI-assisted extraction of priorities, issues and to-dos with owners and dates
  • An auto-drafted recap you edit and send the same day
  • The long journey — every session against the client, quarter after quarter
Workshops · gated

Sell the seats, keep the room

Workshop marketing, seat sales and the roster — switched on only for practitioners credentialed to run the workshop they are selling.

  • A workshop site on your own domain, under your own brand
  • Live dates, seats remaining, and a real checkout
  • Roster with day-of check-in, tables and dietary notes
  • Post-workshop campaigns to everyone who was in the room
  • Attendees arrive in the practice as contacts and companies

Straight about the AI

What it does

  • Reads the notes you captured in the room, plus a transcript you paste in or upload
  • Proposes priorities, issues and to-dos, each with an owner and a date, quoting what was said
  • Drafts the recap in your voice, with the commitments attached

What it does not do

  • It does not record or transcribe the room live — bring your own recorder and give it the transcript
  • It does not write to the client record or send anything to a client until you approve it
  • It does not decide what matters. That is the job they hired you for

Manual note-takers miss roughly 40% of what is said in a room. That is the gap the transcript closes — not a reason to hand the judgement over.

Workshops · credential-gated

Every seat in a paid workshop is a qualified lead. Then the roster becomes a CSV.

A paid workshop puts twenty to forty leaders from real companies in a room with you for a day. There is no higher-intent audience anywhere in your practice. Then the roster exports as a spreadsheet, and by Friday you cannot say which two attendees work at the same company.

Here the roster is already the practice. Attendees become contacts, contacts roll up into companies, and the workshop stays attached to every one of them — so the follow-up is a filter, not a memory exercise.

Gated on purpose

Workshop selling is switched on only for practitioners credentialed to run the workshop they are selling. If that is not you, this leg simply is not there — the practice and session legs work on their own.

Two sides of the model

The workshop ends. Monday still happens.

A leader walks out of a training day genuinely changed and completely alone. By Wednesday the inbox has taken it back. Nothing they committed to survives contact with their actual week, and the practice they were taught quietly stops being practised.

So there are two subscriptions here, not one. The coach pays for the platform that runs their practice. The leaders and managers who attend the training pay their own monthly subscription to keep going afterwards — ongoing leadership and management practice, reinforcement of what they worked on in the room, accountability on what they committed to, and coaching support between sessions.

For the coach that changes the shape of a workshop. A day in a room stops being a one-day transaction and becomes the start of an ongoing relationship with every leader who was in it.

Side one

The practitioner pays for the platform

$50 – $250 / mo, depending on the practice. Available now.

Side two

Each attendee pays for what comes next

Price not set. Not built yet — this one is roadmap.

The attendee subscription

Roadmap
  • Ongoing leadership and management practice

Short, repeatable work on the things a manager actually has to do — running a team, holding a standard, having the conversation they are avoiding.

  • Reinforcement of what they worked on

The commitments and priorities that came out of the room, brought back in front of them on a rhythm instead of decaying in a notebook.

  • Accountability that outlives the day

What they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and a nudge that arrives before the next session rather than after.

  • Coaching support between sessions

A line back to the practice that trained them, instead of a gap of ninety days and a calendar invite.

Being clear about this one

The attendee subscription is not built and nobody is subscribed to it. This is where the product is going, not something you can buy today. It is also built around your coaching and your own material — ImplementerOS does not distribute any framework’s copyrighted curriculum.

Framework-neutral, deliberately

Same product. Your vocabulary.

Underneath every one of these methods sits the same shape: a commitment for the quarter, a blocker to work through, an action with an owner and a date, and a meeting rhythm you run the team through. The frameworks differ in what they call those things and in how you facilitate them — not in what the software has to store.

So ImplementerOS is not built to one method. Set the labels to the ones you use in front of a client, and the prep, the extraction and the recap all speak your language back to you.

Framework and program names are the trademarks of their respective owners. ImplementerOS is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

To-Do

The recurring leadership meeting you run them through

Same agenda, same order, every time

Level 10 Meeting

Same records, same extraction, same follow-up. Only the words on top change — which is why a Pinnacle Guide, a Metronomics Coach, an ActionCOACH franchisee or a coach running their own method can all use it without arguing with the software.

Where we are

One design partner. Real sessions. No logo wall.

ImplementerOS is early and we are not going to pretend otherwise. It is being built with a single practicing Expert Implementer, against their real clients and real session days, and the roadmap is set by what breaks in a working practice rather than by what demos well.

You will not find customer logos, testimonials or a “trusted by 400 coaches” banner on this page, because none of that would be true yet. When it is true, it will go here.

What a design partner gets

  • Your practice migrated for you

We move your clients, contacts and session history in. You do not start from an empty database.

  • Direct line to the build

You ask for something on a Tuesday because a client session needs it on Thursday. That is how this gets built.

  • Pricing locked while it is early

Design partner pricing does not move when general pricing does.

  • An honest no

If your practice does not run recurring sessions with leadership teams, we will tell you this is not for you.

Built alongside a practicing coach, against live client work.

Pricing

Two subscriptions. One of them exists today.

The coach pays for the platform that runs the practice. The leaders they train pay for what happens after the room. The first is priced; the second is not built yet, and we are not going to print a number we have not decided.

At the top of that range the platform costs $3,000 a year. One retained client covers it for years.

No setup fees. If you sell workshop seats, Stripe charges its processing fees directly to your own account — we do not take a cut of your seat revenue.

The next session is already on the calendar.

Prep the day, run the room, and let what was decided land in the client record, the follow-up and the pipeline without you carrying it there.
